The Time Has Come!
This Thursday, October 8, 2009 we will be having the first of two PROLOGUE PAPARAZZI PARTIES at Savalas in Williamsburg (285 Bedford Avenue, near S.1st Street, Bedford Stop, L train), beginning at 9:30pm and running until there are no more accidentally exposed crotches to take pictures of.
Weeeeee!
Now what is a Prologue Paparazzi Party, you may be asking yourself.
Well, I’ll tell you. It is a party:
a) At which we will drink and dance to pop songs and take pictures of ourselves which will then be posted here on our show website, because why drink with other people unless you are going to photograph them
b) the party itself serves as a prologue to the show; the action of our show theoretically starts right after these parties. So if you’re going to see the show, you should come down and do pickle backs with us. (You’ll see what those are when you get to Savalas)
c) at which we will provide nicotine patches in case you want to feel extra strange and unsettled.

You know, whatever you feel in your heart and want to write in your teenage diary but that is actually secretly for public consumption.

And this is what has happened to us so far: We met a guy who insisted he and I were ‘simpatico’ and introduced himself as Timbo Beaucoup, some drunk people asked us to party with them and then talked dirtier than I’ve ever heard, there’s a grand canyon in my hotel room (see image), and Carmine was moved by our private viewing of the BBC3 documentary “Britney Spears Saved My Life” to this degree:

Here’s a video taken from footage I shot in and on various trips and in and on various hotel rooms this year, plus a version I made of ‘Why Should I Be Sad’ which all in all is a wonderful song.
